Listening Room Festival-Florida Showcase at the Palladium Side Door St. Petersburg Florida
Hello everyone! March 3rd I had to opportunity to do some concert photography at the Listening Room Festival at the Palladium Side Door in St. Petersburg. It was presented by Fran Synder, the founder of ConcertsInYourHome.com as seen in the above photo. The festival benefited several local charities and featured five amazing artists It was a fantastic night of music in a beautiful venue!
This is Kristen Graves. She is a folk/pop singer who puts a lot of heart-felt emotion into her work. She and her husband work together with a non-profit organization called Simply Smiles which helps impoverished children. Check out Kristen’s music at KristenGraves.com
This is Roy Schneider and Kim Mayfield. Their music is a combination of folk, blues, country, and Americana and they live in Ft. Myers Florida. RoySchneider.com
Hannah Miller is a Nashville-based folk/pop singer. She like all the other artists I saw that night put everything they have into their performances. Visit her website at HannahMiller.com
This is Paul Sprawl. A good friend suggested I go to see him at a home concert earlier in the week which is how I later ended up taking photos at this event. In addition to being an amazing guitarist he is also a very nice person I enjoyed getting to know a little. Paul is from California but now lives in Minneapolis. He plays the harmonica in addition to the guitar. Here is my favorite image from the show he put on earlier in the week. Check out his music at PaulSprawl.com
This is Natalie Gelman. Originally from New York she has a stunningly beautiful voice! Visit her website: NatalieGelman.com
After all the scheduled artists performed Fran announced there was a special guest. That guest was Grammy winning singer-songwriter Jon Carroll. Jon is known for performing with the Starland Vocal Band and writing hits for Linda Rondstadt and many others. JonCarroll.org
It was a great night of music for some wonderful causes and I am grateful to have been a part of it. I hope you will check out these artists they really deserve your support!
